Raycap announces acquisition of ACData Solutions, Inc.

Raycap Inc, announces today it has reached a definitive agreement to acquire privately-held ACData Solutions, Inc. The acquisition is part of Raycap Corporation's strategic initiative to expand its market presence and breadth of product in North America and Latin America.
